As we grow, we're looking for an Account Executive who can close deals, but also build genuine, lasting partnerships.
Someone who leads with curiosity, communicates with clarity, and cares deeply about the work.
What you'll own• Build and nurture meaningful client relationships - be the person they call first (Work phone and communication allowance is provided)• Track and record metrics across the sales process• Hit and exceed financial targets• Stay on the pulse of industry trends and the competitive landscape so we're always a step ahead What you bring• 2–3 years of business or sales experience - agency or creative industry background is a plus• Strong written and verbal communication - you can articulate ideas to clients and creatives alike• Sharp organizational skills and the confidence to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • An eye for financial data - you use numbers to tell a story and inform decisions Why Karou• We're a creative ecosystem that thrives on art, science, and craft and we're building something that matters.
