We're hiring: Social Account Lead | Manila, Philippines The Social Account Lead is the revenue owner for assigned brand accounts within the Social Commerce department.
This role sits at the intersection of commerce execution, content performance, and creator strategy — with the primary mandate of driving GMV growth across Tik Tok Shop and social commerce channels.
This is a commercial leadership position that requires a data-driven, sales-first mindset with the ability to translate strategy into daily execution.
About the company: Southeast Asia-based e Commerce enabler managing brand partner stores on Tik Tok Shop and social commerce channels Operates across multiple markets in the region with a growing brand portfolio including Kenvue, Adidas, and Galderma Fast-paced, high-growth environment where commercial execution and content performance are core competitive advantages What you'll own: Revenue & Commerce Ownership — GMV targets per assigned account, SOB GMV for underutilized channels, and day-to-day shop performance including product listings, promotions, pricing strategy, and campaign activation Livestream Execution — planning, executing, and optimizing LIVE sessions to hit defined sales and conversion benchmarks, with real-time troubleshooting during events Content & Creator Coordination — cross-functional work with Content and Creator teams to ensure shoppable content supports account GMV goals; briefing content needs and coordinating affiliate deployment per campaign calendar Account Management & Client Relations — primary day-to-day contact for assigned brand accounts, owning new brand onboarding end-to-end and maintaining strong brand relationships Vertical Account Management — supporting the launch and scaling of the company's owned Tik Tok Shop affiliate storefront, curating affiliate product catalog, monitoring GMV and conversion metrics, with a path to full P& L ownership (full training provided) Team Leadership — directly managing and developing Social Account Managers (SAMs), guiding priorities, performance gaps, and escalation protocols, and supporting capability building within the team What you bring: Experience 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, social commerce, digital marketing, or account management At least 2 years in a role with direct revenue or GMV ownership (not just content or community) Hands-on experience with Tik Tok Shop Seller Center is required — shop setup, product listing optimization, campaign tools, and affiliate management Experience managing brand accounts in an agency or brand-side setting; exposure to livestream commerce operations is a strong plus Hard Skills Proficient in performance analysis: GMV dashboards, conversion funnels, ROAS, and affiliate metrics without hand-holding Familiar with Tik Tok Ads Manager, Shop Ads, and Tik Tok affiliate/creator tools Working knowledge of campaign planning and promo mechanics (flash sales, bundle deals, vouchers) and comfortable with P& L tracking and account-level financial reporting Soft Skills Commercially aggressive — can identify and close revenue opportunities fast Strong stakeholder management: handles brand clients and internal cross-functional teams simultaneously Structured communicator — can brief SAMs clearly and escalate issues with context; resilient under pressure with strong rapid problem-solving skills Education & Market Alignment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field Understanding of Filipino consumer behavior and purchase patterns on Tik Tok Shop; existing network or familiarity with PH-based brand principals (FMCG, beauty, lifestyle) is an advantage Relevant certifications (Tik Tok Shop Academy, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics) are a plus but not required Why this role: Real ownership — revenue accountability for brand accounts with a clear path to senior commercial leadership SEA scale — work at the center of Southeast Asia's social commerce boom across Tik Tok Shop and beyond Brand impact — your execution directly shapes GMV outcomes for real brand partners Interested?
