In this pivotal role, you will be the primary liaison between our esteemed clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution.
Your responsibilities will be within regular EST working hours as you collaborate closely with our dedicated Project Managers in the Philippines. Join us to foster strong client relationships and contribute to our projects' continued growth and success.
Job Responsibilities: Understand business needs and collaborate with team members to craft scope documents and proposals Ensure effective sales pitch, followed by follow-through meetings and other communication channels to maintain an active pipeline leading to closed deals Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned Accounts, hold regular discussions, and help overcome any issues that arise Manage multiple Accounts while also identifying new business opportunities among them Work closely with Project Managers in creating invoices for the Accounts Job Requirements: 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development with a background in either tech or marketing.
Must understand the typical website lifecycle development process Working knowledge in web/mobile app design (must know the lingo!) Experience in managing Accounts for online marketing (SEO, SMM, SEM, etc) is a plus Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively converse with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying problems and proactively seeking out methods to minimize and solve issues in a timely manner.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions, demonstrating flexibility in handling unforeseen challenges.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the web and mobile app development industry, including current trends and technologies, to effectively manage client expectations and deliverables.
