Job Description:
o Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; monthly/quarterly projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products revenue.
o Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems.
o Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in all jurisdictive customer accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
o Coordinates the involvement of the team in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
o Assist with sales matter request.
o Develop field sales action plans by implementing sales program.
o Responsible for monitoring the performance of assigned sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.

Qualifications:
o At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ or equivalent
o At least one (1) year working experience.
o With good oral and written communication skills.
o Willing to work for extended hours.
o Shows flexibility, can quickly adapt to changes in plans, such as shortened project timelines or new client needs.
