We're Hiring: Home-Based Account Manager Permanent Work-From-Home |₱50 K–₱65 K |US CST Shift DCX is looking for a proactive and highly organized Home-Based Account Managerto support a growing U.
S.-based client in thecustom apparel and promotional products industry.
This role is focused on managing an existing portfolio of client accounts — ensuring projects move smoothly from order initiation to completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is NOT an outbound sales role.
You'll be managing existing client relationships, supporting ongoing orders, and helping accounts grow through excellent service and execution.
What You'll Do Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing client accounts and active projects Coordinate custom apparel orders from start to finish while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met Communicate directly with clients regarding approvals, order updates, timelines, and issue resolution Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays, risks, or bottlenecks Resolve operational challenges and client concerns with professionalism and urgency Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support account growth Maintain organized project records, communication logs, and workflow updates Assist with order tracking, reporting, and coordination activities Utilize collaboration tools and systems to support account management workflows Support additional operational or client service projects as needed What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent relationship management and client-facing abilities Highly organized with strong multitasking skills Detail-oriented and deadline-driven Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability Team-oriented and collaborative work style Comfortable learning new systems and technologies, including AI tools Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications , or related field preferred Experience: Experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, Project Coordination , or similar client-facing roles Candidates with awards, recognition, or measurable success in customer-facing environments are highly preferred Promotional products or apparel industry experience is a plus, but not required Tools & Platforms Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace Slack Shopworx AI tools such as Claude (nice to have)Role Details Salary:₱50,000 – ₱65,000 Schedule:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (US Time) Workdays: Monday – Friday Setup: Permanent Work-From-Home (Philippines) Industry: Promotional Products / Custom Apparel Why Join DCX?
