Salary: 50,000 - 60,000
Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM/ 10 AM - 7 PM, Mondays - Fridays

■Job Description:
1. Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Manage and monitor company accounts, including general ledger reconciliation and financial audits.
3. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and systems to streamline accounting processes.
4. Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with Philippine taxation laws, including VAT, income tax, and withholding taxes.
5. Provide financial advice and forecasting to assist in decision-making and budgeting.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
6. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, standards, and industry practices.
7. Conduct internal financial reviews and recommend corrective actions when needed.

■Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other relevant field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing.
3. Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management (2+ years preferred).
4. Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
5. Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong problem-solving abilities with an attention to detail to identify discrepancies in financial records and tax filings.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
