Ensures that all financial transactions are timely and accurately recorded (branch expenses and liquidation).
Responsible for the rectification and/or correction of posted/for posting transactions with issues and errors and shall notify the concerned personnel.
Responsible for monitoring of accounts such as, but not limited to, advances to employees and prepaid expenses.
Job specifications
- Degree in BS Accountancy or BS Accounting Technology
- Attention to details, Problem-solving and analytical skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Team-oriented
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, esp Excel
