Calculate and analyze project costs and monitor budget allocations for architects and engineers;Prepare financial reports and statements for management with an emphasis on taxation, regulatory requirements and compliance;Prepare cost estimates for construction proposals and change orders to minimize project budget variances;Create, analyze and maintain billings, job orders and other financial records using relevant accounting software;Stay up-to-date with latest accounting standards along with industry-specific requirements for architects and engineers;Review contracts, agreements, and real estate leases to propose feasible accounting, taxation & compliance frameworks;Create and maintain project budgets and post-financial management of project accounting records;Create profit generation analysis reports through a team training area or HR tools appropriate to expertise.Must have at least Bachelor's Degree in AccountingFresh Graduates are welcome to applyProficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksUnderstanding of architectural/engineering concepts and terminologyAttention to detail and accuracy in work
