A) Assist in the preparation of monthly Financial Statements (Balance Sheet / P&L) and related reports on time and with accuracy;
b) Ensures the timely and accurate recording of assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses by the general accounting team in accordance with accounting standards in effect;
c) Prepares monthly schedules of expenses, accrued expenses, and other payables;
d) Performs account reconciliation for balance sheet and expense accounts;
e) Ensures timely and accurate filing of tax returns and required attachments to BIR;
f) Supervises the work of the general accounting team, ensures that accounting policies and work instructions are adhered to, and resolves discrepancies and errors with the team and other concerned parties; 
g) Prepares product quotations to customers
h) Prepares/monitors production cost and variance
i) Monitors budget utilization and analysis of budget variance
j) Assists in monthly analysis of PL results and audits;

a) Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
b) With at least three years of experience in general accounting and knowledge of PEZA reports and documentation
c) Proficient in MS Office and has a background in an ERP environment particularly SAP
d) Good analytical skills and detail-oriented and trustworthy
