Actuarial Manager, your responsibilities typically revolve around overseeing the actuarial functions within Singlife Philippines.
The Sr. Actuarial Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing actuarial activities within the organization.
This position involves conducting complex analyses, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Sr. Actuarial Manager collaborates with various departments to support decision-making processes and drive business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Product Pricing • Recommends assumptions for new products considering digital-first nature of Singlife Philippines' operations • Create and maintain pricing models aligned with product features and assumptions • Review and recommend pricing actions for new and existing products that are within Singlife Philippines' standards and profitability requirements (considers customer sentiments and the market competitor landscape).
• Generate profitability and sensitivity results and analyze key product risks • Prepares standard pricing documents required for product approvals with the Insurance Commission • Prepares calculators used for sales illustrations in relation to new products / product reviews for submission to the Insurance Commission.
