Job Description   The Admin Support should be keen to details, compliant, efficient, and prompt in attending any claim-related recalls and tasks.

They should be diligent, committed, and have a sense of urgency to address requests, inquiries, or correspondence that would ensure the timely and effective delivery of hearing assistance to clients.

They will report directly to the Admin Support Team Leader who will ensure they abide by the business standards and complete their tasks accurately.

Here’s an overview of your future role: Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Day Shift, Mon - Fri 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM Work Arrangement: Temporary WFH, Makati What do you need to succeed?    2+ years of work experience in a similar position.

Excellent team player displaying positive and professional interpersonal skills.

Outstanding internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong sense of responsibility and work efficiency and responsiveness.

Keen attention to details, highly organized, self-driven, proactive, and able to multitask.

High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.

Contribute to a positive working environment.

Perform data entry tasks.

Manage and update client records.

Liaise with insurers, other company departments, and legal firms through email and/or phone calls.

Communicate with our experienced Audiologists and Audiometrists.

Manage high-volume inboxes.

Assist with new client inquiries Australia-wide.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Monitor appointment calendars.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Perform additional duties or assist in special projects when required.
