Your responsibility will include: Recruitment and Selection : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the organization. Employee Relations and Engagement : Promote a positive work environment by fostering strong employee relations and addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Training and Development : Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. Organize and conduct employee orientation programs to ensure a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures. Collaborate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs when required. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements as necessary. Compensation and Benefits : Administer and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration, leave management, and employee benefits enrollment. Stay updated on market trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices. Assist in the development and implementation of performance-based reward systems and recognition programs. HR Administration and Compliance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Handle employee documentation, including contracts, amendments, and terminations. The Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
