LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES Position : Virtual Assistant (Inbox Manager) Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9:00am5:00pm EST9:00pm5:00am Philippine time Salary Range : $900 $1000/ month About the Job: As an Inbox Manager your primary responsibility will be to manage maintain and support a series of highvolume inboxes for the company and their clients.
You will be expected to understand the background products services and benefits of the company and the companies of their clients to effectively handle email communications.
This role requires a lot of (conversational) writing and the ability to quickly learn about a company's services.
Duties and Responsibilities: Email Management: Respond to all inbound emails promptly and thoughtfully ensuring highquality customer service.
Meeting Coordination: Help coordinate and book meetings for our clients.
Client Queries: Answer questions via email on behalf of our client with the aim of encouraging the sender to agree to a sales meeting witht the company.
Inbox Maintenance: Ensure all inboxes are active healthy and functioning as expected.
Internal Documentation: Contribute to internal documentation and help determine best practices for managing inboxes.
Client Communications: Communicate with clients via Slack to ensure proper email responses to trickier questions.
Requirements: At least 13 years of proven experience in the similar role Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively Requires minimal supervision and is a proactive problemsolver
