Key Tasks & Responsibilities Preparation and drafting of logistics contracts/agreements, addendums/amendments. Manage and execute renewal or termination of contracts in compliance with the policy and procedure. Ensure all contracts and necessary documentary requirements are executed in a timely manner. Track workflow and contract implementation for all business partner contracts based on the documented standard operating procedure. Maintain a complete and accurate database of all contracts, ensuring expiration of contracts, related documentary requirements, and rates are being acted upon. Supervise renewal or termination of contracts in compliance with the documented policy and procedure. In-depth knowledge of the programs and partnerships and the appropriate rates & contracts intended. Handle any queries or issues concerning contracts and pricing that may be raised by any service partners or touchpoints; and monitor until closure. Assist in developing and implementing process improvement solutions related to contract management and work with operating areas to implement. Address day-to-day issues related to pricing and contracts; and work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner. Timely updates of the tools and reports relative to contract management such as team file, contract database, etc. Consistent completion and attainment of individual and team KPI. Work on set timelines and deliverables aiming to drive productivity. Perform other tasks that may be assigned that are deemed crucial to the department's objectives. Requirements/Qualifications (must have): Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Other relevant courses are welcome or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. At least 2 years’ experience creating, negotiating, and executing contracts; and contract governance & compliance processes. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point). Process-oriented and KPI driven. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Good proofreading and correction skills. Intermediate ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management. Ability to work discretely with confidential information. Excellent customer service and follow-up skills. Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage time effectively so that deadlines can be met.
