Responsibilities:
Training and Development
Organizational Development and Planning.
o Collaborate with the Managers for trainings needed by the employees.
o Monitor training and analyze results.
o Recommend new training approach, programs and techniques.
Design training interventions and modules.
Facilitate training interventions.
Talent Acquisition
Accountable for hiring for Sales Account Manager and other open positions.
Conducts end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, including administration of exams
and interviews.
In-charge in developing networks in Recruitment Channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
Timely posting of career opportunities Internal and External Channels.
Coordinates between hiring managers and applicants, and schedules interviews.
Prepares and ensures all new hire files are complete and accurate.
Research and suggest for hiring platforms that will help fast track recruitment process.
Others
Assist and pro-actively participates in HR initiatives and events
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Research and suggest uptrend HR practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree holder in human resources, psychology, or any related course.
With at least 3 to 4 year experience in HR field. Especially in Training and Development.
Must have the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
Must be competent at cultivating relationships, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
Must have excellent organization, coordination, and time-management skills.
Creative and energetic.
