The Education Outreach Specialist works collaboratively with our Sales and Education Delivery teams to help our customers obtain and drive value throughout their NetSuite learning journey through accessing content in our Learning Management System. The Outreach Specialist will assist the customer in understanding the entitlements included in their LCS Company Pass. Activities will focus on ensuring the customer sees and leverages the value of the LCS Company Pass to drive activation and adoption, assisting them with activation/content consumption needs and connecting the customer with other resources in Education Services who can help them create and meet their individualized Learning Goals. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to engage with our Sales team and customers to drive the value of our learning entitlements. This role serves as a liaison between the customer and Education Delivery team to assess customers’ readiness for engagement. Provide best-in-class customer service and tailored guidance for Learning Cloud Support subscribers Support interactions between the internal teams and customers for their overall enablement success Manage customer accounts independently throughout the learning lifecycle, taking initiative to provide guidance and resolve learning questions, bringing in additional Oracle NetSuite resources as needed Work with customers via outreach programs to help them see the value of the LCS Company Pass through innovative engagement techniques. Provide assistance to LCS Customers including provisioning: Training demo accounts, Training Administrator Reporting Learning Cloud Support and Learning Management access Creatively test out new ideas for engagement to keep customers intrigued and interested in the product. Develop and maintain a substantial knowledge of LCS products and services Understand and provide customer learning information (activations, consumption, training needs) Recommend and support education initiatives and outreach programs with the goal of improving customer activation levels and content consumption Engage Oracle NetSuite Teams to prioritize customer’s requesting early learning support Provide customer learning information for our LCS Data Insights Programs regarding user activations, consumption, and training needs Leverage data as a catalyst for customer learning conversations and craft compelling messaging personalized to address the customer’s needs
