Job Description As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of this dynamic bodywork and massage therapy practice.
You’ll manage the intricate dance of therapist schedules, client communications, and day-to-day operations.
Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and therapists, from the moment an appointment is booked to the final paperwork.
This position offers a unique blend of customer service, organizational skills, and the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to improving people’s well-being.
Responsibilities Orchestrate therapist schedules and client appointments with precision Manage client communications, from inquiries to last-minute bookings Process payments and handle refunds efficiently Compile and organize essential paperwork and documentation Perform basic website updates, including therapist bios and service rates Assist with social media management, including message responses and post scheduling Provide comprehensive administrative support to business owners Willingness to shift schedule to accommodate sickness or days off for other admin Requirements Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational abilities and proven multitasking skills Customer service experience, preferably in a wellness-related field Proficiency in various software tools and applications Flexibility to work weekends and maintain a consistent schedule Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management systems Ability to work remotely while maintaining clear, consistent communication Enthusiasm for the wellness industry and desire to contribute to a growing business Benefits Independent Contractor Perks: HMO Coverage on Eligible Locations Permanent Work from Home Immediate Hiring Steady Freelance Job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
