Learn more: jti.com EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE SPECIALIST WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?Ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders (entites, regions, employees) in line with agreed Service Level Targets.As the Employee Life Cycle Specialist you are responsible for providing quality and timely end-to-end service addressing employee needs across all P&C areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), namely: Maintaining data in all system within the GBS scopePreparing documents and certificationsPreparing reportsSupporting communication within defined proceduresSupports and promotes my JTI deploymentLiaises with the market to make sure GBS processes reflect current GBS processUpdates SOPs to accommodate system and process changes WHAT WILL YOU DO?1) Provide Employee Lifecycle Support: Provide services according to the P&C Service Catalogue including:Receive and respond timely to all Employee Life Cycle Stream service inquiries and requests with timely, accurate and professional responses.Follow the established standard operating procedures (SOP) when completing tickets submitted via the MyJTI ticketing management system (ServiceNow)Validate requests and employee data templates and documents received for maintenance in HR and payroll systems according to the established check list;Create and maintain JTI organisational structure in SAP HR and other systems in scope of GBSPrepare contractual agreements and letters in accordance with established templates; Maintain employee lifecycle events according to the corporate and local guidelines in SAP HR Notify relevant parties on employee's data changes;Support employees with access to T&E application and corporate credit card provisioning;Support employee enrollment into relevant benefits plans;Support employee enrollment into ESPP program, manage all requested modifications;Update and release communication to employees related to regular P&C processes (i.e. annual personal data validation or tax submissions);Provide reports with defined standards and templates 2) Update SOPs and related Documents Updates: Update related working documents and procedures in case of changesUpdate Service Catalogue if the service becomes obsolete or a new service is added to the catalogueCreates training documents, provides input to on-line learning modules, knowledgebase articles, one pagers, etc. 3) Provide MyJTI support Provide advisory support to JTI community on how MyJTI should be used, and what is the most appropriate and efficient way to request necessary services from GBSCapture user feedback and address it to MyJTI power users for further system improvements WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?University degree (BS/MS)2- 3 years experience in a multinational organization in a similar role, preferably with hands on SAP HR experienceExperience in an administrative role is a plusFluent written and spoken English.
