Non Negotiables: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). At least 10 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a BPO setting. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations. Experience in handling large-scale recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability.
