Neolytix is a multi‑line Management Service Organization (MSO) providing support to smaller healthcare providers and practices so they can remain competitive in our healthcare system. Together with Practice Tech Solutions (digital division), we offer end‑to‑end nonclinical services. Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of customer service professionals
Respond to clients on process‑related queries and manage first‑level escalations
Monitor and manage workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreed SLA’s
Track and maintain metrics for data including attendance, productivity, etc.
Develop processes to improve productivity and quality of the team
Participate in new pilot projects and work towards proper transition of knowledge to the team
Work with managers to resolve personnel problems or conflicts that may arise in the team
In addition to administrative responsibilities, perform follow‑up work as needed based on requirements
Identify trends within the portfolio to aid collections and improve productivity
Compensation
Job type: Full‑time
Pay: Php35,000.00 – Php55,000.00 per month
