Through your impeccable communication skills, you will play a pivotal role in fostering robust, collaborative relationships with both team members and clients, contributing to the creation of positive digital transformation experiences that define our organization.Here’s an overview of your future role:Employment Type: Full-timeSchedule: Night shift (Mon - Fri 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM)Work Arrangement: Permanent WFHWhat do you need to succeed?3-5 years of experience in a Program Coordinator or Project Coordinator role, or solid experience in operations management (Ability to see the "Big Picture").2-3 years of preferred project management experience.Experience in a client-facing role is a requirement.Excellent skills in verbal and written communication.Familiarity with methodologies for project management, risk management, and quality assurance/quality control.Ability to oversee and manage a portfolio of project tasks, monitor progress diligently, and guide them to successful completion.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Talent for establishing genuine connections and building trust with clients and team members through candor and transparency.Adept at holding oneself and others accountable for their actions, execution, and performance.Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.Demonstrated capability to function effectively in a fast-paced, often stressful environment with shifting priorities.Proficiency in skillfully preparing and interpreting flowcharts, reports, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.What awaits you in this role?Support a range of activities and tasks by allocating resources, delegating tasks, following up, and mitigating risks.Develop, track, and monitor key performance indicators and create reports to be shared with stakeholders.Serve as a liaison between the strategic consulting and sales teams regarding requests, standards, expectations, and other task and project matters.Monitor task and/or project progress, manage arising issues, and mitigate risks for team members' projects and tasks.Identify and define interdependencies with internal departments and/or external providers.Collaborate with team members to formulate risk mitigation strategies.Maintain open communication with leadership, keeping them informed about concerns and risk mitigation efforts.Escalate concerns to leadership judiciously, using discretion and sound judgment.Collaborate with leadership to establish clear goals and targeted action plans for each situation, closely coordinating with team members to implement strategies.Facilitate and encourage team member collaboration to ensure the successful completion of projects and/or tasks.Ensure post go-live success and ongoing client satisfaction:Regularly communicate with clients via phone or email.Provide governance and oversight of support cases and open items for timely resolution.Partner with leadership to assign work to team members based on their skills, expertise, and capacity.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans concerning team performance and project and/or task goals.
