This role requires in-depth knowledge of Vici Dial's features, including configuring campaigns, managing call lists, and integrating with CRM systems.

The expert ensures the dialer is running efficiently, troubleshoots technical issues, and enhances overall call center performance by leveraging Vici Dial's capabilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills are essential for success in this role.

The coding skills needed include, but are not limited to the following: SQL Queries & Database Management Much of what is needed is direct interaction with the database, outside of the VICI administrative interface.

How to optimize using indexes, archiving, and data warehousing.

Understanding the difference of performing inserts verses updates as it relates to database performance.

PHP, Perl, & Java Script These are required for customization of VICI.

All three are needed.

Build custom reports using these and DB queries, sending by email with attachments.

Linux Strong administrative skills of Linux systems Qualification: Good communication skills.

This person will be Kom Bea-facing, Client-facing, and VICI Dial Management company-facing.
