Essential Duties & Responsibilities Process and record various data related to termination and provide real time update to Payroll.
Gather information and prepare various reports for management.
Handle and process all copying and filing needs for the department.
Execute mailing, inter-shipping and courier process of HR Operations.
Serve as liaison between other HR teams and internal customers.
Inquiries Form & Document Submission Document Release Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
Work with high quality and accuracy standards, capturing interactions within case management through case creation, update, and closure.
Navigate through systems, portals and shared locations finding and using content within the knowledge base, applying it to resolve inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Update and maintain the Playbook, FAQs, process, guides, and other relevant documentations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting in HR projects being run within the Global HR Shared Services team.
Act as a backup for colleagues on long leave / assigned to other projects.
Manage HR initiatives over and above regular duties.
Collect and cleanse data to populate accurate reports.
Qualifications & Requirements Education: Minimum of 3 years university or bachelor’s degree.
Work Experience: 4 years’ related experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics: Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
Performance is measured by HR success metrics.
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to prioritize and organize.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment and able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Work under direct supervision with very structured guidance regarding benefits, HRIS and Payroll standard processes and procedures including legal mandate.
Coordinate with other HR staff for the completion of a given task.
Responsible for providing a range of organizational, administrative, and Human Resource support activities.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Company policies and procedures.
