Job Description Implement and manage rewards strategies and programs. Oversee the operations of the human resources department. Drive strategic human resources initiatives to meet business objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. Foster a positive work environment that supports growth and development. Utilize HR systems to provide insightful data to the management team. The Successful Applicant A successful Rewards and Operations Head should have: In-depth technical and legislative knowledge of Compensation and Benefits plans and programs. Experience in Total Rewards program design and delivery. Proficient in Power Point, Word, and Excel with strong analytical abilities. Strong ability to be flexible, and re-prioritize work efforts as required. Must be able to build relationships at all levels and operate at senior levels as well as work operationally. Participate in a number of cross-functional committees - must represent HR well and be knowledgeable and up to date of current events with the groups. Degree in Business Administration / Management / Behavioral Sciences / Psychology, preferred. In-depth understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employee standards in multiple Asian countries, preferred.
