Job Description Manages the rollout according to the plan for the assigned Onboarding Sets and leads the TT members Acts in close alignment with the Transformation Coordinator to ensure a successful and efficient rollout of assigned Onboarding Sets Organizes and conducts meetings/workshops according the Onboarding Process Prepares and presents regular status reports, identifies and mitigates risks1st point of contact for Transformation Coordinator during onboarding Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management (Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Transition/Migration Manager) in global environments Service Now knowledge is beneficial Proficient office computer skills -MS Office; MS Excel; MS Power Point Fluent in business English Goal oriented, independent, proactive and structured working Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
