We seek an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our client’s team and their founder.
This role involves managing purchase orders, processing sales orders, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
The starting rate for this role is 5 USD per hour.
Job Responsibilities Create estimates and quotes for customers.
Process purchase orders, confirm orders, and input sales orders.
Manage and track order shipments; provide tracking updates to customers.
Send daily reports to the management team.
Calculate shipping estimates and communicate them to customers.
Follow up with customers on sample requests and product feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
Support the founder with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Quick Books Online, Hub Spot, or similar CRM software is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred.
