JOB DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Assistant will perform clerical and administrative support functions across various departments such as License and Compliance, Accounting Operations, and Financial Reporting. The role includes field liaison work with government agencies, handling licenses and certifications, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any four-year course; preferably in Social Work, Communication, or a business-related degree
• At least 1 year of experience in admin work; License and Compliance experience is an advantage
• Willing to do 50% fieldwork
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Team player, creative, and resourceful
• Preferably residing in or near Quezon City
