We are looking to add an Administrative Office Assistant to aid our internal leaders and the office, to facilitate the efficient operation of UHY including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
Support local office administration, coordinates administrative services including mail distribution incoming/outgoing, shipping and receiving, supply inventory upkeep; and front-line office support
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, maintain drives and contact lists for UHY using resource management scheduler
Input expenses, assist with engagement letters or financials; liaise with clients (internal or external) on a regular basis and provide superior high-level support
Provide administrative support to Partners and Principals and regular back up support to assist Administrative Assistant and China Group members with bi‑monthly client billing, A/R and collections
Assist with other related clerical duties as required by the team
Miscellaneous ad hoc projects and assignments
Assist Director of Office Administration as needed
Experience
2+ years in relevant position
Public accounting or other professional services environment preferred
