Job highlights: Contract: Independent Contractor Responsibilities : Create and manage leases using Dotloop software Update and maintain the company’s CRM system Manage and update social media accounts Fulfill client gift orders Perform general administrative tasks as needed Requirements : Proficiency in using Dotloop or similar lease management software Experience with CRM systems and data entry Familiarity with social media platforms and content management Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication) Scope : Manage lease creation and processing for real estate transactions Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the company’s CRM Coordinate and execute social media updates across various platforms Handle the logistics of client gift orders from selection to delivery Assist with other administrative tasks as they arise to support the real estate team Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break Independent Contractor Perks: Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
