Your Role:As our Area Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in introducing our brand to different malls, driving sales, and exceeding targets. You will inspire and lead our sales teams in GB-run stores, build strong external relationships with existing retailers, and ensure the seamless daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations of our stores. You Will Also:Identify exciting business opportunities in various brick-and-mortar sale channels. Secure new retailers for our brands within and outside Metro Manila. Play a key role in executing marketing promotions and in-store merchandising. Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and the retention of our dedicated sales staff. Provide training to our sales team as needed. Act as a vital liaison between the sales staff and head office. Basic Qualifications: Hold a 4-year college degree in Business (Marketing, Management, Economics). Bring 3-5 years of work experience in retail and sales. Showcase a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Previous experience in sales management and existing account relationships are significant advantages. Ability to connect with a diverse range of people. Demonstrate street smarts and the ability to creatively solve problems independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
