Job Summary

The Associate Director for Property Investment is responsible for leading a team of Sellers and executing sales strategies in their designated area or project segment. They work closely with the Sales Director to achieve group goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and mentor a team of Sellers, ensuring individual and team targets are met.
- Develop territory or product-specific sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Sales Director.
- Maintain client relationships and handle escalated issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive sales campaigns and product promotions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in sales management with strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
