Department: Commercial Location: Philippines Department: Commercial Location: Philippines Job Description The role In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the overall performance and operation of the assigned category along with its portfolio of sellers Key Tasks & Responsibilities Reporting to the Retail Operations – Lead, you will be responsible for: - Store Management & Mechandising - Improve store aesthetics through innovative store design & decoration and compelling Product Display Page (PDP) Design.
- Drive traffic and conversion rates through strategic promotions and SKU optimization.
- Take ownership of Store Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure profitability targets are met.
- Monitor daily performance metrics of the category and assigned stores to optimize results.
- Store Promotions - Craft and implement promotions across various campaigns to enhance buyer engagement and drive sales - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives and priorities.
- Collaborate on developing an effective assortment strategy, providing a unique selling proposition in the are looking for: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
