Job Overview:
The MRT/DOOH/BD Manager is responsible for leading business development efforts, expanding the client base, and managing projects aimed at increasing sales and revenue within the OOH advertising sector. This role ensures the successful implementation of strategies, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with HDI’s vision, mission, and core values.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop business plans, forecasts, budgets, and staff development strategies.

Establish and maintain standards and procedures.

Oversee project negotiations, site acquisitions, and the execution of project plans.

Monitor performance deliverables and ensure client requirements are met.

Manage project schedules, resources, and performance of staff.

Prepare and submit regular reports and updates.

Lead team performance evaluations, coaching, and feedback.

Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Represent the company in external business activities and meetings.

Requirements:

College degree in Engineering, Advertising, or Business Administration.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development or project management.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Expertise in project management, computer applications, and workflows.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
