Staff Outsourcing Solutions is currently looking for an e-Learning/Instructional Designer for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift)

Qualifications:
* BS or MA degree in Education, Instructional Design, and/or equivalent degree
* 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in instructional design or eLearning course development
* Extensive experience in at least one of the following eLearning development tools: Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline; Articulate Rise 360
* Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
* Lesson and curriculum planning skills
* Practical experience translating learning outcomes into lessons and programs
* Expertise in PowerPoint; intermediate proficiency in Excel; competency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Lync) required
* Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
* Exceptional written, verbal, critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong project management experience, must be able to self-manage and prioritize projects with little supervision
* Can start immediately
