Work Setup: Hybrid Location: Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines Summary: The Customer Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving Customer Supply Chain that involves cross-border logistics and product replenishment management with the factories.
The Customer Supply Chain Analyst assumes the primary ownership of making sure of feeding the accurate net demand to the factories, working together with demand planners in markets and production planners in factories.
He/she is also accountable for driving improvement of all customer service and on-time delivery related performance metrics and will facilitate a collaborative approach by working closely with distributors, sales, supply planner, Global Shared Services, and demand planning team. He/she will ensure that updated and accurate information is used to develop production plans, dispatch plans, shipping lines booking, and documentation to drive the appropriate activities throughout the supply chain.
He/she will also lead any joint-value-creation projects in supply chain to customers in conjunction with any cost-saving ideas, and optimization of the flows of supply and information.
This position is essential to the achievement of key corporate sales and operational objectives. Major Duties/Responsibilities: Performing essential tasks to Integrated Business Management (IBM) process Track WMAPE and Bias manually and also from system to update the regional supply chain team as well as commercial teams and distributors.
Maintain high utilization of containers at more than 90/75% depending on priorities and facilitate the decision-making and approval procedure for any exceptional cases to support business and better manage inventory.
Maintain Case Fill Rate and On-Time-Delivery above the targets by working closely with production planners and distributors together.. Driving the quality demand flows Check and work on the exception messages in APO on a weekly basis to make sure the right net demand flows to the production sites in order to trigger the right amount of production at the right time.
This applies to products sourced from all the sourcing sites serving the Asia P region.
Update APO settings, such as consumption horizon corresponding to sailing lead-time of individual markets.
Check daily alerts to make sure that correct forecast is flowing to GSR (Supply).
Update all settings for any new SKUs or change in item codes, including CVC creation, working with OBD and Mkt. Delivering GSDeliver monthly and yearly GS as per plan.
Work with GSS team to ensure orders are invoiced as planned.
Any movement in invoicing to be updated to the demand planning team using GSS weekly reports and monitor the reports sent out by GSS.
Provide monthly closing numbers to GSS and the team from GFR.
Keep distributors informed of any product cut and GS gap. Making sure of stock availability on time Closely work with supply planner to understand production situation, inventory level and aging issue, leveraging the weekly/monthly meetings with them.
Manage the orders both directly and indirectly with distributors.
Communicate the key supply gaps to the team and drive the decision-making on alternative supplies and plans.
Be able to back up the supply planner.
Participate supply review meetings and communicate with Sales and Marketing about the meeting outputs when there are changes impacting the commercial plans. Managing DDDCheck and approve packaging and raw material write off charges related to discontinuation or replacement of items.
Closely monitor aging report and take immediate action to reduce DDD charges.
Work with sales team for opportunities for any aging stock.
In case of excess stock, co-ordinate with Supply Planner for possibility of re-packing it for US market or work with DDD team manager Andy for liquidation in US. Managing Seasonal Items/Promotions Share seasonal forecast timeline with the commercial team regularly and ensure that distributors update forecast and orders within the given timeline.
Ensure orders fall in the right week.
For any un-forecasted seasonal orders, check with supply planners for possibility to support the incremental.
Track aging stock and find out options to liquidate it with sales/distributors. Competencies: Business Acumen.

The role involves working with Production plants, Business Unit Managers and Customer Development Managers across the region.

Key player in Ordering, Shipping, and Billing process with distributors, GBS, and production plants Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative business science preferred Experience: Must have at least 3 years of experience in Logistics or/and Supply planning or/and Production (International trade logistics experience is a plus)Experience from FMCG company (e.g.
food and beverage, cosmetics, or products with shelf life) is preferred Knowledgeable in SAP or other supply chain planning tools Experience in Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC)Maintain Case Fill Rate/Order Fill Rate at more than 95%Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with an attention to accuracy and detail #LI-AG1
