Job Title: Graphic Designer Department: Marketing Reports To: Events Lead Overview As an Events Graphic Designer at IDP, you will be in charge of bringing concepts and ideas to life, creating artworks that define the look and feel of our events, applying them across collaterals all while maintaining the IDP brand. You will work closely with the Events Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of events while bringing a creative design perspective to promotional materials and event assets. Key Responsibilities: • Create visually captivating promotional materials, including event posters, banners, social media graphics, and email templates to effectively market events to our target audience • Collaborate with the Events Lead to develop event concepts, key visuals, floorplan, and other event collaterals and deliver within deadlines • Assist in coordinating and curating event content, including presentations, speakers, and entertainment options. • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, including social media updates, email campaigns, and the creation of visually engaging promotional materials. • Negotiate and build a strong relationship with external vendors ensuring all collaterals will be fabricated within deadline and budget • Work with the events team to organize event logistics • Provide on-site event support (both virtual and physical) Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Previous experience in graphic design and event planning and coordination, both virtual and physical, is preferred • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event support • Passion for creating exceptional event experiences through creative design
