The primary role of this position is to manage, develop, and enhance our FormStack integration processes , creating sophisticated online forms that streamline and optimize our business operations. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of FormStack , as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization. Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of FormStack , including form creation, management, and integration. Experience integrating FormStack with other systems , such as Salesforce and Five9. Proficiency in data management and quality assurance. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills , with the ability to identify, analyze, and address FormStack-related issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented and well-organized , capable of managing multiple FormStack projects simultaneously. Prior experience in a similar role or working with FormStack integrations is preferred. Understanding of programming and IT concepts is a plus. People skills necessary to build good working relationships and work as part of a team. Data Management: Monitor data migration and maintain data quality assurance, ensuring accuracy and currency of information within FormStack and its integrated systems. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and enhanced integration. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to FormStack, collaborating with internal teams, software vendors, and IT resources to promptly resolve problems. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and provide guidance to users on FormStack best practices, form usage, and data entry protocols. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, and executive stakeholders, to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and successfully deliver FormStack projects.
