• Develop creative concepts and visual communications that advance products' go-to-marketstrategy, communicate and reinforce value propositions and messaging, compel targetaudiences to respond to our calls to action, and grow audience perception and preference•Develop and present concepts and associated program cost estimates to internal clients andmanagement, justifying creative decisions with sound marketing and business rationale• Develop campaign concepts using strategic marketing themes, graphic solutions and tacticalstrategies for programs that make our overall marketing strategy and sales enablementresonate with our focused market segments and personas• Oversee work of outside agencies and suppliers to ensure effectiveness of messaging anddevelop creative that is on point with our desired objectives• Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and deliverysystems, processes, and visual communications design as well as industry best practices• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, photography, videography andweb design; must have the ability to storyboard concepts and translate ideas to designersand the marketing team. Knowledge of multimedia, animation, video production and motiongraphics is a plus• A strong working knowledge of design principles, brand development, interactive media andthe creative process• Print, video and web design capabilities: must know how to work in all media types todevelop integrated and visually unified campaigns• Position will require designing and producing emails and headers, enewsletters, digitalbanner ads, infographics, brochures, guides, ebooks, white papers, case studies,promotional flyers, sales playbooks, Powerpoint presentation decks, and various graphicdesign applications• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively reprioritizing when necessary asdetermined by competitive issues• Expertise with creating collateral, branded items, signage, and other designed items forevents displays and exhibits.• Apply corporate brand guidelines and messaging to create compelling marketing materialsand a consistent look and feel in the market• Deliver cost effective communications vehicles that contribute positively to ROI• Perform other job related duties as required Accountabilities: Create, identify and execute original and engaging design solutions. Collaborate with internal clients and campaigns team on campaign objectives and design concepts. Design and layout online and print media, from landing pages and banners to creating multi-page brochures for a B2 B audience. Display original thinking and creativity, meet challenges with resourcefulness, develop innovative approaches and ideas. Source imagery and photography and provide accurate editing as required. Conceptualize and create storyboards for videos. Communicate and present design concepts to internal clients. Build and keep brand fresh; find new ways to apply brand guidelines. Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables. Commit to what is necessary to reach goals, complete tasks on time or notify appropriate person with alternative plan. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively reprioritizing when necessary. Actively look for and take advantage of improvement opportunities, ask for and offer help when needed. Manage all production aspects of all jobs including the organization of final hi-res production files. Establish and maintain the file management process and procedures.
