As a Senior Project Manager at Smartly, you will…

Be responsible for successful project delivery and manage end-to-end campaign execution.
Serve as a project management expert and advise clients to facilitate creative delivery, campaign activation, and insights reporting.
Engage daily with internal teams, especially Customer Success Managers and Managed Service Support roles servicing this client.
Follow best practices and bespoke procedures to ensure swift and accurate delivery.
Manage your time and tasks effectively, prioritizing to meet deadlines.
Coordinate campaign delivery communication among production, account managers, and clients from briefing to reporting and optimization.
Set and monitor timelines and TAT, alerting managers if deadlines are at risk.
Ensure quality control of creative materials, including storyboards, mocks, and final creatives.
Build campaign structures like decision trees and ensure media and creative alignment.
Facilitate product setup processes.
Ensure discussed creative strategies are feasible and efficiently delivered.
Apply industry and platform knowledge to contribute to idea generation.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on reporting insights.

We're looking for you if you...

Have expertise in project management methodologies and lead by example with clients and teams.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have at least 5 years of experience in project or account management.
Have experience in digital advertising/media.
Can negotiate and communicate difficult news effectively.
Have strong time management and prioritization skills.
Can coordinate with developers, assigning and prioritizing tasks.
Pay great attention to detail.
Are highly organized, proactive, and a self-starter.
Can multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Are a team player with a positive attitude.
Are willing to work in a hybrid setup and comfortable working in EMEA, Nor Am, or APAC shifts.
