JOB SUMMARY: Sales and Marketing DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities: Identifying new business opportunities and managing existing relationships of clients.

This will include: project management, planning, close coordination with international partners, market research, product development, training, sales promotion, conversion of leads into sales (in charge of sales funnel), negotiating & closing deals/sales, building and maintaining relationships QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of Education, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or any related course Preferably with 2 years’ work experience in sales, training, marketing and/or business development digital programs/platforms preferably in the Education and Labor sector With experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships with institutional clients, or equivalent Preferably has an established network within different institutions, particularly the education, government and industry sector Preferably has marketing and media experience Will handle/deal with international/foreign partners With training and teaching experience as trainers/teachers Has a background in digital and other technology based platforms specifically in training, assessments and course/curriculum development Excellent presentation and client management skills Good oral and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint) programs Results driven, dynamic, enterprising and flexible Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proven ability to be flexible in a team-oriented approach with diverse groups of people Can relate, deal, and interact with different kinds of people at all levels in the organization Can work independently (individual) and interdependently (group)Willing to do field work
