The Role The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage paid ads campaigns on different effective platforms to increase offline traffic for each site. He/she is also responsible for optimizing expenses and achieving the best possible ROI from paid campaigns through developing effective marketing strategies and performing data analysis. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including DSP, social media, search engines, and display advertising Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Ideal Profile Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including campaign planning and execution. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing strategies. Excellent analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance metrics. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and project management abilities. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus. Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms are preferred.
