Summary

The incumbent will create market propositions by working with Product Marketing, External Partners and Product. The Propositions Manager is the key to planning consolidated consumer propositions for the Mobile Business. These serve as the mainstay in delivering customer value for My Republic mobile through either broad-based or targeted campaigns.

Responsibilities

Create amalgamated Propositions by using a mix of price, partner propositions, mobile products and
external promotions.

To become the custodian of the 3 + 3 Roadmap, which serves as the direction for Product Marketing
launches and Marketing Campaigns for Mobile Marketing Team.

To work with external Partners, Product Marketing and the CVM team to understand and evaluate
launch positioning and campaign propositions.

To continuously evaluate metrics of success beyond launch and recommend tweaks where
necessary.

To be responsible for revenue outcomes of the propositions and strategies launched.

Qualifications

7-15 years: Product Marketing/Segment Marketing/ Digital marketing / CVM background, from
mobile telco background. Additional experience in partnerships from digital/OTT organizations will
be a plus.

Mobile telco/ Digital experience preferred.

Understanding of customer success metrics like ARPU, incremental margin, conversion rate etc.

Partnerships collaboration experience across multiple product lines will be important.

Experience in Leading and Collaborating with a multi-function team to create holistic propositions.

Understanding campaign practices and GTM methodologies
