What is your mission?
As a Customer Service Associate, you will work with our Online Account to deliver an outstanding customer experience through phone and email.

Who are we looking for?
High School Graduate
Must have 1 year BPO experience with at least 6 months experience in an international voice account
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work in rotating shifts
Can work in Robinsons Cybergate 1, Pavia, Iloilo
