Your primary goal will be to engage, attract, and retain a target audience across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities: Content Creation:  Develop engaging and shareable content that aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.

Create visually appealing and multimedia-rich content, including graphics, videos, and other media formats.

Social Media Management:  Manage and oversee social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Linked In.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering a positive online community.

Campaign Development:  Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness and user engagement.

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging across various channels.

Analytics and Reporting:  Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Community Building:  Build and nurture online communities by fostering positive interactions among followers and addressing concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the employer brand.

Compliance:  Ensure all social media activities adhere to industry regulations and comply with PAGCOR guidelines.

Stay informed about changes in social media platform policies and regulations related to the online casino industry.

Brand Monitoring:  Monitor online discussions and sentiments related to the company brand.

Implement reputation management strategies to address any negative feedback or reviews.

The Profile Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist in the gaming industry.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Familiarity with responsible gambling principles and industry regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Additional Skills (Preferred): Graphic design and video editing skills.

Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Ability of social media accounts operation and copywriting.

Familiar with all social media accounts and policy.
