What role will you play?
You will drive operational excellence across Business Operations and Governance through automation and continuous improvement. You will streamline reporting and manual processes, oversee delivery of projects and day‑to‑day work, and support strong governance through clear service reporting.
In addition, you will work closely with our Enablement team to prioritise and deliver improvement initiatives.
What you offer
5 years of experience in Business Operations with a strong focus on process automation and governance
Hands‑on experience with automation workflows such as Power Automate, scripting using Power Shell and / or Bash, and web development using Java, Python or similar technologies
Experience working with data analytics and reporting tools, and ticketing systems including Remedy, Helix and Service Now
Strong project management and collaboration skills, with experience in Agile or Scrum ways of working and tools such as Share Point, Confluence and JIRA
Familiarity with user access management tools such as Sail Point Identity Now and Cyber Ark, robotic process automation tools, and core cyber security and access control principles is an advantage
