Your role Application Manager
The Application Manager will deliver IT services for applications across cross-functional teams (internal & external).

You must be keen on documenting system features - You'll prepare an end-to-end technical design document for an applicationYou're born to develop system application - You can create an overall design for a specific function or module (minor or major enhancement) with the end-to-end perspective in mindYou're great at employing architecture expertise - You search for innovative trends on assigned modules and domains while providing input in the budget/forecast for strategic project preparations. What you'll do?
Design systems that meet the business' goals and specify inputs/format outputs that meet users' needsUse different techniques such as sampling, model building, and structured analysis to ensure cost-efficiency and feasibility of the solutionOversee implementation, coordinate development, test, and ensure the system's stability and performance Provide first-level support for technical issues with the systemCoordinate with the Vendor for second-level support issues Whom you’ll work with primarily: Application Support & Data Management Lead
