We are looking for a motivated Cloud Solutions Engineer I with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions, including Office 365, Azure, mailbox migrations, identity management, modern workplace solutions, and networking and infrastructure. As an integral member of our Professional Services team, the Cloud Solutions Engineer I will play a key role in implementing cloud-based solutions customized to meet our client's unique requirements. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Delivery Manager, Architects, and Project Managers while following Trusted Tech Team’s Project Management Methodologies to deliver assigned projects efficiently and effectively in White Glove service fashion. Under the guidance of the Professional Services Delivery team, fulfilling projects focused on on-premises to cloud-based environments or other cloud providers to M365. This will primarily focus on Microsoft 365 Identity and Mailbox migrations, MS modern workplace technologies (Teams, Share Point), and Azure (if applicable.). Function as the primary technical resource for assigned M365 Modern Work Projects or Azure. Performing all necessary tasks to fulfill the project as stated in the SOW, communicate with Internal Stakeholders and External Stakeholders (Customers) via Email, Slack, Teams, etc. Member of Delivery Team, joining daily meetings and being engaged in all Communication Channels internally with TTT. (Teams, Slack, Email, Productive.io) Being Prompt and responsive in all engagements that are Internal and external facing. Engage in collaborative efforts with other IT professionals, including developers, engineers, and project managers, ensuring that internal cloud-based solutions align with business objectives and project timelines. Actively participate in monitoring and optimizing internal cloud-based infrastructure and services, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact operations. On all Projects assigned, be prompt, timely, and responsible for all communications between client, and delivery project team. Clear and concise technical language and entries to keep all project templates/outlines up to date in TTT’s Project Management Platform (Productive). Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves): Senior high school diploma or ALS (Alternative Learning System) preferred (bachelor’s degree is a plus).2+ years of demonstrable experience working with the Microsoft 365 Suite (Entra ID/Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, In Tune, Defender, etc.). Familiarity with cloud migration strategies and tools, including Azure Site Recovery, Azure Database Migration Service, and other tools. Exposure to designing and managing basic cloud-based infrastructure and networking solutions, including virtual networks, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, and related technologies. Knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace Solutions, Admin Center, Exchange, Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, Teams, Defender, and other Microsoft cloud products. Basic knowledge of compliance and security requirements for cloud-based solutions, including data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves): Microsoft Certifications are a plus: MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals), AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals), AZ-104 (Microsoft Azure Administrator), and MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator). Eagerness to participate in technical discussions and a willingness to learn from and provide input to team members on best practices and technical solutions. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward. A proactive approach to continuous learning and expanding knowledge in the field, including obtaining relevant certifications and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud computing and Microsoft Cloud Solutions.
