This position is on the Engineering Services Group (ESG) Program Management team. The role is to lead a global, cross-functional team to deliver programs to key customers. As an experienced Program Manager, you will have the confidence and opportunity to identify and contribute to process improvements that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining project plans according to XP’s Project Development Lifecycle. Lead and motivate the cross-functional team to deliver the product(s) as per the requirements and customer commitments.
Lead cross-functional project meetings and represent project status and plans in customer-facing meetings.
Create and drive complex development schedules, track and resolve issues, action items, risks, and implement risk mitigation plans.
Manage NPI project builds in US and Asian factories.
Contribute to executive updates and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Identify and implement process improvements.
Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in a related discipline (e.g., EE, ME).
5+ years of engineering and/or Program Management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams through NPI using a Product Lifecycle process.
Ability to work proactively, independently, and confidently in a dynamic engineering environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to inspire teams.
Understanding of rapid development cycles; flexibility and composure in uncertain situations.
Experience transferring products to Asian factories is a plus.
Experience with power conversion is a plus.
