We are actively hiring for a Business Intelligence (BI) Director for a US-based BPO contact center in Quezon City :)

Business Intelligence Director
Reports to VP, Business Intelligence and CX.
Tenure in current company at least 3 years.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
Has BPO Experience and have managed large accounts.
We can also offer Sr. Director role for great candidates with extensive experience!
Responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all activities related to company's business intelligence deliverables.
Oversee the processes and analysts responsible for accurate data collection, processing modeling and analysis.
The Business Intelligence Manager will work closely with the Business Intelligence team to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions.
Strong tech proficiency, organizational skills, MS Office, A-Plus expertise
With remarkable customer service skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Can handle high volume and wide variety or work within the confines of negotiated contracts.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Resolves issues promptly.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Manages a team of analysts or developers who facilitate business intelligence processes and procedures development and implementation.
Responsible for leading the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications.
Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems.
Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision making capabilities.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
Develop and prepare strategies for Business Intelligence processes for organization.
Perform analysis on organization processes and provide appropriate results.
Prepare architecture for data, prepare strategies and provide business object solutions as per requirements.
Supervise efficient working of all Business Intelligence projects and analyze requirements and perform appropriate tests on same.
Administer projects, prepare updates and implement all phases for project to achieve all project objectives.
Analyze all complex data and identify requirements for business enhancement in project.
Coordinate with data generator and ensure compliance to all enterprise data model according to data standards.
Provide support to all business resources and monitor all requirements for various value-added service.
Work with process development and resource teams and prepare appropriate schedule.
Monitor work of Business Intelligence team and ensure effective implementation of all Information Technology projects to achieve all client objectives.
Manage all data for transactional sources and prepare effective reports.
