Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft 365 and Azure Engineer who has a history of continuous learning (certified), a self-starter (not an order taker) and works to best practice methods.

There will be a lot of variety so it’s important the candidate is energetic, flexible, and driven to complete whatever challenge comes their way.

Initial projects: NOC/SOC alerts and automations to keep our Microsoft 365/Azure customers in excellent health.

Automate common service desk requests using Power Shell, REST and Graph API.

Streamline the data capture and import for new customer onboardings in our Salesforce CRM.

Implement Microsoft 365 DSC style management and runbooks to automate the deployment of standards (configuration as code) and compliance for of our customer environments.

Training up the team.

Requirements At least 5 years of experience managing and deploying Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions.

Proven track record of managing and deploying Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions.

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Ability to work independently and proactively identify and solve problems.

Strong adherence to best practice methodologies in IT management and deployment.

High energy levels and the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and challenges.

Flexibility to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.

Proficiency in Power Shell, REST, and Graph API for automating tasks and service desk requests.

Ability to develop and implement automated workflows within Salesforce.

Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.

Expertise in Dev Ops practices and tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.

Experience with Microsoft 365 DSC (Desired State Configuration) and runbook automation.

Proficiency in setting up and managing monitoring tools and dashboards.

Experience with security best practices and compliance standards in cloud environments.

Ability to automate security responses and actions.

Experience in training and mentoring team members.

Ability to develop and deliver training programs to upskill the team Additional Job Details: Set-up and Location: Office-based/Hybrid/Remote (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu) Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time) Employment Type: Full-time All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Background in working in the MSP environment is huge advantage US or any Western region experience is a plus but not required Proven experience in network operations, network administration, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, etc.).

Previous experience working as a NOC Technician or in a similar IT support role, preferably in an overnight shift capacity.

Proficiency in using Connect Wise Automate as remote monitoring system and/or Connect Wise Manage ticketing system is a huge advantage Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.

Experience with Windows server environment.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Microsoft Azure Certification is a huge advantage but not required.
